   3 WEEKS OLD/YOUNG...

Today Ester is an old lady, but 10 years don't seem to bother her! She is still a very active dog.

January this year, she was mine companion when skiing. (Cross-country)

                           ESTER IS A HAPPY GIRL!

Ester is one out of three sisters in a litter of nine. It was  very early clear that she was going to stay at the kennel. She has a very special personality, and is mentally strong. She has good results from what we call "A Mental Test" in Norway.

She is x-rayed free of hip-dysplasia.

Ester gained both her Norwegian and Swedish champion-titles very early. But for many reasons, I didn't go further out with her when the boarders where opened.

                          AT THE NORWEGIAN CLUB-SHOW 1999

The Pyrenean Mountain Dog Club of Norway has their own club-show once a year, and in 1999 it was Eliina Haapaniemi from Finland judging here. And I am really happy with the result: Ester was the best bitch, and BOS! This was only weeks after Ester was put 2nd.BIS at a National Championship Show, and 3rd.BIS at a show called "Show of Winners"! What a year!

Ester have had three litters at the kennel. From the G-litter (see this) born 1997  with Multi-Ch Beachbear's Aneto Silver Snowman, there are many famous dogs today. The most wellknown is her son Gaus. His fully name with titles is: INT NORD N S SF DK CH JWW-98 NW-02 NORDW-02 Cubilon's Gaus Garde-Chasse. His sister isn't far behind: INT NORD N S SF CH NORDW-02 Cubilon's Gave Galanterie. Both of them are living here with me.

Ester's H-litter was born in 2000, with Multi-Ch Chenespace Beau Marcus from Finland. A bitch called Helga is kept. Three of the 7 puppies have become Norwegian champions, and one is also Swedish. One more of them just need one CC to gain the title. Two of the males already have offspring in other kennels. Hann-Hund, pet name Martin, at kennel de Beaute Blanche, and Herr-Mann at kennel Sætra.

Ester's I-litter was born in summer 2001, and  father this time was INT NL CH Ursa's Signum Bairn One Jazz Rumor in Holland. 7 puppies, with wonderful heads and expressions! I really do look forward to see them grow up. Still they are young, but one of them do have two CC's, and two of the others have one each!

THE NORWEGIAN CLUB-SHOW '03:

ESTER WAS PLACED 2nd VETERAN, WITH A CC

The show-results for 2003 are amazing! For a dog 10 1/2 years old! Now it is October, and Ester has participated 8 shows, and received CC every time! And also got BIS-2 Veteran, three times! She is a wonderful dog!!!

Ester, my first Lady, left us suddenly the 8th of March '04. Near 11 years old.

She was healthy untill the last two weeks of her life.

We are all deeply missing her, two,- and fourlegged.

Her calm and expression and fantastic character will hopefully

pass on to her children and grand-children!

My personal "caretaker", I will never forget her! And no-one will, or can, ever take her position.
